01. Lecturer (Cinematography) - 01 Post
Age Limit: 37 years
Pay scale: PB-3:Rs.15600-39100/-GP:Rs.5400/-MGS:Rs.42,842/-
qualifications: a) Essential:
i) Degree of a recognized University;
ii) Degree or post graduate Diploma or equivalent in Motion Picture Photography or cinematography from a recognized University or Institute;
iii) At least three years’ professional experience as Cinematographer and/or teaching experience in Motion Picture Photography or cinematography in an organization or institution of repute.

02. Production Assistant - 02 Posts
Age limit: 32 years
Pay scale: PB-2: Rs.9300- 34800/- GP: Rs.4200/- MGS: Rs.26,851/-
qualifications: Essential:
i) Diploma in Direction from a recognized Film School;
OR
Diploma in Production from the National School of Drama or its equivalent;
OR
Degree of a recognized University of equivalent.
ii) At least FOUR years’ experience in Film/TV Production in an Organization or Institution connected with Film/TV
Production/Training.
OR
i) Matriculation with at least SEVEN years’ experience as a Unit Manager or Production Assistant in Film Studio or Film
Production Organization or TV Studio or Production Unit of repute.

03. Lighting Assistant - 01
AGe limit: 27 years
Pay Scale: PB: Rs.5200- 20200/- GP: Rs.1900/- MGS: Rs.14,897/-
qualifications: Essential:
i) Matriculation of a recognized Board, or equivalent, or ITI (Electrical) passed
ii) A relevant License issued by the Competent Authority to work in 3 phase 440 volt electric line.
iii) At least FOUR years’ experience in related field in a Film Studio or equivalent Organisation of repute.

Appointment of Directors of 'Indian Institute of Science Education and Research' (USER)at Pune and Kolkata

1. Application are invited for filling up the vacancy for the post of Director, one each, at USER Pune and USER
Kolkata, in the pay scale of Rs.80,000/- (fixed).
2. Director of an USER, being the academic as well as administrative head, is expected to have proven
administrative, teaching and research background (including significant experience in research guidance
at the Ph.D. level) with leadership qualities. The appointment shall be made on contract basis for a term
of five years or till the attainment of the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
3. AGE: The candidate applying for the post should preferably be below 60 years of age as on
30th June 2011.
4. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Ph.D. Degree with first class degree at Bachelor's and Master's
level in any scientific discipline preferably in pure science. In addition, the candidate shall be an eminent

Applications are invited for the following non-regular posts in the Central Research Institute for Jute and Allied Fibres (CRIJAF), a premier research institute under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi, for implementing an externally-funded time-bound research project sponsored by the National Fund for Basic and Frontier Application Research in Agriculture (NFBSFARA), ICAR, New Delhi. The candidate must have an interest in pursuing research on jute genomics, in the areas of ultra high-density (UHD) genetic map construction and QTL mapping/ association (LD) mapping for fibre quality traits, and upon engagement, according to ICAR rules/ guidelines/ terms and conditions, will be called “ICAR-SRF/ RA Working in the ICAR schemes”.

Qualification: Essential: Doctoral degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology including relevant basic sciences, OR Master’s degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology including relevant basic sciences, with 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least two years’ research experience as evidenced for Fellowship/ Associateship/ Training/ other engagement and desirably published research papers
Emoluments: Rs. 24,000/- per month for doctoral degree holders and Rs. 23,000/- per month for Master’s degree holders

Senior Research Fellows (SRFs)- 02
Essential: Master’s degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology including relevant basic sciences

Emoluments: Rs. 16,000/- per month for the first two years and Rs.18,000/- per month for the third year onwards
