1. Deputy Registrar (No. of Posts 05, Category Open, 

 Pay Scale 15600-39100, Grade Pay 7600)

Eligibility:- i) Master’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.

ii) Five years of experience as Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in a College or a University with experience

in Educational Administration.

OR

Comparable experience in research establishment and /or other institutions of higher education.

OR

05 year’s of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.

Note : -

1. Minimum requirement of 55% of Marks at Masters Level shall not be insisted upon in respect of Senior

Teachers/Administrative officers who are already serving in the University System. However, the minimum

requirement in their case shall be at least 50% marks at Master’s level.

2. Deputy Director / Placement Officer (No. of Post 01, Category Open, 

 Pay Scale 15600-39100, Grade Pay 7600)

Eligibility:-

i. MCA / M.Tech. (Computer Science),B.Tech./ B.E. (Computer Science) from any recognized University with Minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.

II. Minimum of 05 years Teaching /Administrative experience in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-13500.

iii. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in placement related activities.

3. Assistant Librarian No. of Post 04, Category Open = 3, ST = 1,

Pay Scale 15600-39100, Grade Pay 6000)

Eligibility:-

I). Qualifying in the National Level Test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or an other agency approved by the UGC.

ii). Master’s degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55%(50% in the case of SC/ST Category) of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale plus a consistently good academic record, computerization of Library.

4. Employment Officer (No. of Post 01, Category Open, 

Pay Scale 15600-39100, Grade Pay 5400)

Eligibility:- i). The minimum educational qualification shall be a Post-Graduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.

Preferential Qualifications:- Ph.D Research Degree in Social Science / Education with 10 years experience in the field of Guidance and Counselling.

5. Museum & Art Gallery Officer (No. of Post 01, Category Open, 

Pay Scale 9300-34800, Grade Pay 4200)

Eligibility:- Master of Fine Arts / Museology with experience in

i). Organising Art Campus. ii). Producing Catalog ; and iii). Knowledge of Art History

6. Scientific Officer in USIC (No. of Post 01), Category Open, 

Pay Scale 9300-34800, Grade Pay 4200

Eligibility:- Ph.D/M.E./M.Tech in instrumentation. Minimum five years experience in profession.
