Eligibility:
Essential: Degree with a post-graduate degree/diploma in Architecture/Town and Country Planning or degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised
University/Institution or Corporate Membership of Institution of Surveyors (India)
Desirable: i) A degree in Law from a recognised University
ii) 2 years executive experience in Estate Management, valuation of land records in an Industrial/Commercial/Govt. Undertaking.
Age Limits: Not exceeding 30 years as on 1st December, 2010 (relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates)
Emoluments: The incumbent will draw pay in the scale of pay of Rs. 20600-46500/-.
Gross salary at the beginning of the scale is likely to be Rs. 35000/- per month
