a. 2nd Mates (FG);
b. B. Sc. Nautical Science;
c. Dredge Mate- Grade-1.
Dredger & Despatch Service:
Designation after Training: Second Officer
Pay scale: Rs. 20600-46500
Hydrographic Service:
Designation after Training: Sr. Hydrographer under training
Pay scale: Rs. 20600-46500
