• Qualification and Experience
• Bachelors Degree in Electronics / Applied Electronics and Instrumentation / Information and Communication Technology. 
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration from a reputed University. At least 15 years post qualification experience in the domain of expertise including a minimum of 5 years experience as head of a division manufacturing similar products is essential. Applicants familiar with Finance, Marketing and production functions will have an added advantage
• Preferred age: 45-55 years
• Remuneration :  Negotiable

Qualification and Experience
Planning / Operations / Marketing :  B.Tech / B.Tech with MBA from reputed institutions

Finance  : FCA / FICWAI

• Human Resource  : Post Graduate qualification in HR
• Professionals with relevant qualifications with a proven track record with 15-20 years experience of which at least 5 years should be as Head at the Corporate level & reporting to the MD/CMD
• Preferred age: 45-55 years
• Remuneration :  Negotiable

Terms of Appointment:  Initially on contract for a period of three years.  The term could be extended further based on evaluation of performance and mutual consent.
