HSL is the pioneer Shipbuilding and Ship repair Yard functioning under the Ministry of Defence. The Company is looking for dynamic and result oriented executives with proven track record and professional competence for the following posts.

1. Dy. General Manager (Submarine - Hull) - 1 Post (GEN)
2. Dy. General Manager (Submarine – Engineering) – 1 Post (GEN)
Applicable to DGMs:

(i) Age – Below 48 years. However, the age limit may be relaxed by 5 years in case of exceptionally qualified/ experienced candidates
(ii) Experience – Should have at least 16 years experience with not less than 6 years at senior managerial position of which 2 years should be in the pay scale of Rs.32,900 – 58,000 ( Rs.16,000-400-20,800- Pre-revised scale) in PSUs with IDA pattern or equivalent scales.
(iii) Total emoluments at the minimum will be Rs. 59,392/- in the DGM Pay scale of Rs.36,600-62,000.

3. Manager (Electrical) – 1 Post (OBC)
4. Deputy Manager (Marine Engg/Engineeering) – 2 Posts (GEN)
a) Deputy Manager (Marine Engineering)
b) Deputy Manager (Engineering)
5. Deputy Manager (Purchase) – 1 POST ( OBC)
6. Deputy Manager (Electrical) – 2 Posts ( 1-SC; 1-GEN)
7. Deputy Manager (Planning) – 1 Post (PLANNING) – General
8. Deputy Manager (Corporate Plg & Contracts) – 1 Post (OBC)
9. Medical Officers – 3 Posts ( 1PH-OH; 1-OBC; 1-GEN)

Other Conditions (Managers / Dy. Managers / Medical Officer):
Age: (As on 01.07.2010): Below 45 Years for Managers; Below 40 years for Deputy Managers & Below 35 years for Medical Officers

10. Management Trainees (Tech) : 3 Posts (Reserved for Physically challenged Persons (1-OH; 2-HH)

Duration of Training : One Year
