 National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) invites applications from officers on promotion / deputation (wherever applicable) for the one (01) post of Chief General Manager (Finance) in the Pay Scale of PB-4 (Rs.37,400-67,000/-) + Grade Pay of Rs.10,000/- with Central DA [Pre-revised pay scale of Rs.18400-22400/- in CDA pattern]. The period of deputation on selection shall be for an initial period of 3 years in case of appointment on deputation basis, which may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Competent Authority.

Chief General Manager (Finance)
A. Essential Educational Qualification: Degree in Commerce / Accounts / Finance / Management from a recognized University or equivalent;
or
Member of any organized Group ‘A’ Finance / Accounts Service of the Central Government or of the State Government.
B. Essential Experience
(i) Should be working in an analogous post or the post next below (General Manager / Director or equivalent) for at least 6 years on a regular basis; and
(ii) 18 years experience at Group ‘A’ (Pay scale of Rs.8000-275-13500/-) or equivalent level post or higher; and
(iii) 12 years experience in Financial Accounting, Budgeting, internal audit, contract management, fund management and disbursement in an organisation of repute.
