1.   Manager (Project) - 01 UR
Pay Scale: 24,900-50,500 (IDA Pattern)
Age limit: 37 years
E.Q.     a)        P.G. Degree in Science/Commerce/ B.E. or MBA from a recognised university. OR CA / ICWA/ MBA (Finance)
b) Minimum 05 years experience in project formulation, appraisal & scrutiny of projects of which, 3 years at the executive level.
c) 2 years hand on experience on computer or 1 year experience of using computer for project appraisal / monitoring and recovery.

2.   Manager (Finance) - 01 OBC
Pay Scale: 24,900-50,500 (IDA Pattern)
Age limit: 37 years
E.Q.     1) (i) CA /ICWA/ MBA (Finance) and (ii) Minimum 5 years post qualification experience, out of which 2 years experience in managerial capacity in reputed organization/Financial Institution in Project Financing/ Loan Accounting/ Budgeting/Project Appraisal
OR
(2) Minimum 03 years experience in case of Executive working in the pay scale of Rs.20,600-Rs.46,500 (Revised IDA Pattern) or equivalent, out of which 2 year experience in managerial capacity in reputed organization/ Financial Institution in Loan Accounting/ Budgeting in lieu of (1) (i) & (ii) above
