Manage the pilot plant facility . The management of this facility will include both technical and operational management. The operations in the pilot plant spans across vial thaw to harvest of the stainless steel bioreactors.
The candidate should be able to manage the group with more than 10 technicians in 3 shifts effectively.
The candidate’s responsibility will also include ensuring documentation such as SOPs, EOPs, and IOPs etc... for the pilot plant facility meet the requirement of quality.
