Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar invites applications for various administrative positions of Registrar, Finance Officer, and Controller of Examination. Reservations will be applicable as per G.O.I. norms.

Registrar - (01)
(Pay Scale Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay : 10000)
Qualifications:
1. A Master's Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC 7 point scale in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
2. At least 15 years of experience as Lecturer (Sr. Scale), Assistant Professor or 08 years as Associate Professor (Reader grade) along with experience in educational administration.
OR
3. Comparable experience in research establishment and or other institutions of higher education.
OR
4. 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years should be as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.

Finance Officer - (01)
(Pay Scale Rs. 37400-67000 + GRADE PAY: 10000)
Qualifications:
1. A Master's Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC 7 point scale in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
2. At least 15 years of experience as Lecturer (Sr. Scale), Assistant Professor or 08 years as Associate Professor (Reader grade) along with experience in educational administration.
OR

OR

Controller Of Examination - (01)
(Pay Scale Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay : 10000)
Qualifications:
1. A Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC 7 point scale in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
2. At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 7000 and above or 08 years of service in the AGP of Rs. 8000 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration.
OR
3. Comparable experience in research establishment and or other institutions of higher education.
OR
4. 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
