In addition to submission of Recruitment Application Form as mentioned at (I) above, the Commission has launched facility of applying through Online Recruitment Application (ORA) Form. To start with, the candidates applying tor recruitment to the posts mentioned at Sl. No. 1,2,3 & 4 below can also apply Online using the link http://www. upsconline.nic.in The Online applications can be filled from 14" August 2010 to 27th August 2010 till 11.59 p.m. after which link will be disabled. Detailed Instructions for applying through Online are laid out In the Issue of Employment News dated 14" August 2010.

Pay scale (Approx. total emoluments p.m. excluding HRA & TA) & upper age limits immediately follow name of the post. The date for determining eligibility of all candidates in every respect shall he 03.09.2010.
