Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET), a premier Govt. of India National Institution devoted to Academic, Technology & Research programmes in the field of Plastics Engineering, is having 15 extension centres with state of art infrastructural facilities in the areas of CAD/CAM/CAE, Tooling & Mould Manufacturing, Plastics processing, Testing and Quality Control. CIPET offers a blend of specialized Academic programmes in the field of Plastics Engineering & Technology and provide technical support to Plastics & Allied Industries. In line with vision stated under National Policy on Petrochemicals , CIPET has upgraded four Centres to High Learning Centres to impart B.Tech, M.Tech & Ph.D. programmes and set up two exclusive R& D hub – ARSTPS & LARPM.
