[a] Age: Around 35 years as on the date of notification
[b] Qualification: The applicant must be a Graduate, with Post Graduate qualification in HR / PM&IR from an institution of repute.
[c] Experience: The incumbent should have minimum 10/12 years of working experience in the relevant discipline, with around 4 yrs in independently handling similar activities. The incumbent must possess excellent communication and networking skills.
[d]Pay Scale of Rs. 32900-58000 / 29100-54500 depending upon the position for which selected. Other allowances and perquisites will be as per Company Rules. The annual CTC would be in the range of Rs. 11.17 to 18.68 / 9.94 to 17.54 Lakhs. The basic salary will be decided, depending on qualification/ experience of the selected candidate.
