I. Teaching Posts – Seven posts
1. Professor of ENT ‐1 post ‐ UR
Age ‐ below 50 years
Pay Band ‐ `15600‐39100 (PB‐3) with Grade Pay of `7600 on an initial basic pay of ` 29500/‐ p.m. +NPA @ 25% + Allowances
Essential Qualification: (i) M.S (ENT) or an equivalent degree recognized by the Medical Council of India.
(ii) 10 years of experience in postgraduate teaching and clinical work in a recognized institution / hospital.
Desirable: (i) Publications in national and international journals.
2. Professor of Clinical Psychology‐1 post ‐ OBC
Age ‐ below 50 years
Pay Band ‐ `15600‐39100 (PB‐3) with Grade Pay of `7600 on an initial basic pay of `29500/‐ p.m. + Allowances
Essential Qualification: (i) A doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (ii) Master’s degree in Psychology or an equivalent degree. (iii) M.Phil in Medical and Social
Psychology (iv) 10 years of experience in post graduate teaching or research in any University / National Institution.
Desirable: (i) Experience of guiding doctoral students (ii) Publications in national and international journals.
3. Reader in ENT – 1 post ‐ OBC
Age – below 40 years
Pay Band ‐ `15600‐39100 (PB‐3) with Grade Pay of `6600 on an initial basic pay
of `25350/‐ p.m. +NPA @ 25% + Allowances
Essential Qualification: (i) M.S (ENT) or an equivalent degree recognized by the
Medical Council of India. (ii) Five years of experience in postgraduate/Graduate
teaching and clinical work in a recognized institution / hospital.
Desirable: Publications in national and international journals.
4. Reader in Audiology ‐ 1 post ‐ UR
5. Reader in Speech‐ Sciences ‐ 1 post ‐ SC
6. Reader in Speech‐ Pathology ‐ 1 post ‐ OBC
7. Reader in Special Education ‐ 1 post ‐ UR
Age – below 40 years

Essential Qualification: (i) Post graduate with Ph.D. in the relevant subject/discipline or its equivalent. (ii) 5 years of experience in postgraduate and graduate teaching or research at any university or national institution.
Desirable: (i) Experience of guiding doctoral students. (ii) Publication in national and international journals.
II. Non‐Teaching posts – Two posts
1. Administrative Officer ‐ 1 post (on deputation)
Pay Band ‐ `15600‐39100 (PB‐3) with Grade Pay of `6600/‐ on an initial basic
pay of `25,350/‐ p.m. + Allowances
Age: Below 56 years
Essential Qualification: (i) Any degree of a recognized university (preferably in Public
Administration or Business Management); (ii) 10 years experience in Administration
and/ or accounts with at least 8 years of experience in the rank of Section Officer or
above in a government organization.
2. Assistant Audit Officer (IAC) – 1 post (UR)
Age ‐ Below 30 years
Pay Band‐ `9300‐34800 (PB‐2) with Grade Pay of Rs.4600/‐ on an initial basic pay of `17,140/‐ p.m. + Allowances
Essential Qualification: (i) Graduate from a recognized University (preferably in commerce) with SAS or 3 months training in cash and accountancy conducted by ISTM (ii) 3 years experience in accounts and audit (iii) Knowledge of work experience of government rules and regulations.
Desirable: Knowledge of computers.
III. Technical Posts –Four posts
1. Medical Social Worker – 1 post (UR)
Pay Band ‐ `9300‐34800 (PB‐2) with Grade Pay of `4200/‐ on an initial basic pay of `13500/‐ p.m. + Allowances
Age – Below 30 years
Essential Qualification: (i) Master’s degree in Sociology or social work with specialization in medical social work or equivalent qualification from a recognized university; or degree in Science from a recognized university with two years Diploma in social work. (ii) One year experience in social work.
2. Assistant Medical Records Officer – 1 post (OBC)
Age – Below 30 years
Pay Scale / Band‐ `5200‐20200 (PB‐1) with Grade Pay of `2800 on an initial basic
pay of `11360/‐ p.m.
Essential Qualification: (i) Graduate with Diploma in Medical Records keeping.
(ii)Two years work experience in a Govt. / autonomous organization, dealing with
patient’s records.
3. Ear Mould Technician ‐ 1 post ‐ PH(HH/OH)*‐1
Pay Band ‐ `5200‐20200 (PB‐2) with Grade Pay of `2800/‐ on an initial basic pay
of `11,360/‐ p.m. + Allowances
Age ‐ Below 30 years
Essential qualification: (a) Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech (DHLS) or Diploma in Hearing Aid and Earmould Technology (DHA & ET) or its equivalent.
*The said post will be filled among HH candidate, if no candidate is available under the category, the post will be filled among OH candidate.
4. Multi Rehabilitation Worker – 1 post (UR)
Pay Band ‐ `5200‐20200 (PB‐1) with Grade Pay of `2400/‐ on an initial basic pay of `9,910/‐ p.m. + Allowances
Age ‐ Below 25 years
Essential qualification:
(i) 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University;
(ii) One and half year certificate course of Multi Rehabilitation worker from a Government Hospital or recognized institute;
(iii) Registered as Rehabilitation Personnel under Rehabilitation Council of India Act 1992.
Desirable: One year experience in the related field.
