Asst. Manager - Information Security - 02
Age: Preferably between 24 years and 30 years.
Educational Qualification & Certification    
    BE/B.Tech (CSE, ECE/IT) or M.E/M.Tech or MCA/MSc (CS) with Science background.
    2) Preferably with CISSP, CISA, CISM, security products Certifications.
Experience: Minimum post-qualification experience of 3 years, in the relevant area.

Head - Business Development - 01
Age:Preferably between 40 years and 50 years
Educational Qualification & Certification    
    B.sc, B.E or B.Techin (IT, Computers or Electronics & Telecommunication) with relevant experience in Card Payments
Experience: Minimum post-qualification experience of 16-20 yearswith relevant experience of proven business development and sales

Manager Information Security - 01
Age:Preferably between 27 years and 32 years.
Educational Qualification & Certification
    BE/B.Tech (CSE, ECE/IT) or M.E/M.Tech or MCA/MSc (CS) with Science background.
    Preferably with CISSP, CISA, CISM Certifications.
Experience: Minimum post-qualification experience of 6 years, in the relevant area.

Essential Knowledge:
    * Experience of at least 8 years in Card operations and Technology related to Card payments.
    * Should have strong understanding of both issuing and acquiring side of Card payment operations and the way card schemes work.

Experience:
Minimum post-qualification experience of 7-9 years in relevant area, out which minimum 5 years should be in Card Payments.
Key Responsibilities

    * Responsible for smooth operations of NPCI’s card payment network across channels.
    * Experience of back office operations of Debit/Pre paid/Credit Cards
    * Knowledge of authorization, intercharge, clearing, settlement (SMS and DMS) of Card Payments.
    * End to end knowledge of dispute resolution process for both Debit and Credit Cards
    * Experience in negotiations with vendors/suppliers relating to card/terminal procurement and card personalisation/terminal configuration
    * Monitoring and evaluation of product performance
    * Knowledge of industry, market trends, and various competitors

Essential Knowledge
    * Good Knowledge of card payment market
    * Ability to manage relationships with senior executives in the card payments market.
    * Familiar with regulatory rules and regulations pertaining to card industry in India and other regulatory guidelines of key markets, especially in the domain of card and Merchant service fee.

    * Function as the overall IT security manager in the organization.
    * Develop and supervises all IT security measures for various departments like IT, legal, human resources, and corporate communications.

    * Serve as an independent security advisor to Management team.
    * Provide direct oversight and awareness training to all employees to create security awareness. 
    * Conduct periodic vulnerability and security risk assessment of the assets of the company.

    * Monitor compliance of information security procedures and policies, and reports infringements to the top Management.

    * Handle Information Security Incidents.
    * Meet customer expectations on Information Security of the organization.
Skills & Specifications:
    *  8+ years of experience covering systems administration, Network administration, IT Security, Disaster recovery and business continuity.
    * Hands on experience with Firewall/IPS/Web Filter/AV/proxies/VPN Gateways administration.
    * Suggesting and providing IT security solutions to business and management problems.
    * Analyzing security incidents and responding with suitable solution/response.
    * Undertaking routine preventative measures like Vulnerability assessment and IT security audits.
    * Lead/Educate/impart training/awareness on security to IT teams and employees.
    * Should have undergone appropriate training in Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and Disaster Recovery Management.
    * Should be able to lead the organization to comply with PCI, ISO 27001 standards.
    * Should be able to define security processes and hardening guidelines in line with current industry standards like PCI, FISAP, BS7799 and ISO 27001.
    * Should have strong knowledge on NAC, PKI Infrastructure and Date Leakage Prevention.
    * Should have anchored security/process certification like BS7799 or ISO certifications.
