Air India Charters Limited Advertisement: Type Rated Captains / Examiners / Instructors for AICL Air India Charters Limited invites applications for the post of CAPTAIN, rated on B737-800 aircraft, from Indian Citizens (wherever domiciled) belonging to the General / Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Class Community, fulfilling the following requirements, to fill up the existing vacancies for Air India Express on Permanent / Contractual Employment. The Captains may be located in the Southern India Region, for which suitable Relocation Cost will be provided.

Eligibility criteria:
A) Technical Qualification: Candidates should be in possession of :
i. ATPL issued by Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India which should be current at the time of application.
ii. Endorsement on B737-800NG (Those having less than 500 PIC hrs on type must have a valid and current endorsement).
iii. Instrument Rating endorsement on Indian ATPL on B737-800NG. (Those having less than 500 PIC hrs on type must have a valid and current IR endorsement).
iv. FRTO licence issued by DGCA (which should be valid and current at the time of application).
v. RTR(P) / RTR(C) / RTR issued by Ministry of Communication, WPC Wing, Govt. of India (which should be valid and current at the time of application).
Note : Graduates in Engineering / B.Sc. (Maths and Physics) / B.Sc. (Aviation) / B.IT (inclusive of Maths & Physics) will be given due weightage.
B) Flying Experience: Total 2000 hrs (minimum) Airline jet experience, of which minimum 100 Hrs as PIC on B737-800 NG Aircraft.
OR Total 2000 hrs (minimum) experience as PIC on B737-200, ATR, CRJs, other similar type of aircraft with AUW above 21000kgs./ Military, Defense jet aircraft, of which minimum 100 hrs as PIC on B737-800 NG Aircraft.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates having 500 hrs PIC experience.
Maximum Age limit for Permanent Employment will be 56 years. (Pilots should not have completed 56 years on the date of joining.) Pilots who have completed the Age of 56 years (on the date of joining) will be taken on Contractual Employment
