1) Director
Candidates should have proven track record of formulation, management and administration of programs, projects and other activities of a reputed Institute. He should be an enviable leader, mentor and visionary capable of providing excellent academic environment and best practices elevating PNBIIT to next level of excellence at par with the International standards.
2) Associate Professors and Assistant Professors (Finance, HR, Marketing & I.T.)
The candidates should have proven ability to make relevant intellectual contribution to potential managers through teaching, training, research and published work, design and conduct Management Development Programmes and provide consultancy.
Assistant Professor - 03 Posts
First Class or equivalent in Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Associate Professor – 01 Post
Qualification as above that is for the post of Assistant Professor, as applicable and PhD or equivalent, in appropriate discipline.
Post PhD publications and guiding PhD student is highly desirable
Director – 01
Qualifications as above that are for the post of Associate Professor, as applicable.
Post PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable.

Assistant Professor 15600‐39100/8000
