Telecommunications or related fields from a recognized University with 20 years of experience in the relevant area.
or
Post-Graduate Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Electronics /Electrical / Telecommunications or related fields from a recognized University with 15 years of experience in the relevant area.
or
A Doctorate (Ph.D) in Computer Science / Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunications or related fields from a recognized University with 10 years of experience in the relevant area.
