Director, Forest Research Institute, Dehradun invites applications for the engagement of Junior Research Fellow/ Field Assistant/ Senior Research Fellow in project:
1. JRF (Two Posts)
Qualification: 1st Class M.Sc. in Botany Desirable: Experience in Plant Taxonomy
2. Field Assistant (One Post)
Qualification: B.Sc in Botany
3. S.R.F (One post)
Qualification: Master in Computer Application/ Information Technology in 1st class with two years research experience Desirable: Working of C.C++, FoxPro, SQL, Visual Basic, NET, PHP, JAVA, HTML, XML etc. and Data Base Management system. Training and experience of working on Remote sensing & GIS software.
Stipend and Tenure: Rs.12000/-p.m. for Sl.No.1, Rs.5000/- for Sl.No.2. & Rs.14000/- for Sl.No.3. Tenure will be initially for one year or upto project period whichever is earlier and may be extended as per ICFRE rules.
Age: Upper age limit is 28 years for Sl. No.1 and 32 years for Sl.No.3
