BEML Limited, a pioneering Multi Business (Mining & Construction, Rail & Metro and Defence) Heavy Engineering Company with a Turnover of over Rs. 3500 Crores and poised to achieve Rs.5000 Crores by 2013, is looking for High Performing, Dynamic & Achievement Oriented Professionals for the following positions.
1. Vice President/ Sr. Vice President-Technology Division
(on fixed tenure/ contract basis)
The candidate(s) should possess Degree in Engineering with good academic record from IITs/NITs/ reputed University / Institution. Candidates possessing Post Graduate degree in Business Administration will be preferred.
The incumbent should be experience in handling Projects and managing team of 100-200 people in target and business achievements environment and that into Engineering / IT and should have minimum 22 to 25 years of post qualification executive experience.
Compensation would not be a limiting factor for the right candidates.
2. Dy. General Manager (Testing & Commissioning), New Delhi
Pay Scale: Rs.36600-62000 CTC Rs.12 - 19 lakhs
Age: 45 years
The candidate(s) should possess Degree in Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics & Communication discipline with good academic record from a recognized University/ Institution.
The incumbent should have minimum 19 years of post qualification executive experience in Metro Railways or related industry
3. Asst. General Manager/ Senior Manager - Defence Business, New Delhi
Pay Scale: RS. 32900-58000 / Rs.29100-54500; CTC: Rs.10.5 to 17.5 lacs /Rs.9 to 16 lacs
Age: 41 / 38 years
The candidate(s) should possess Degree in Engineering with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
The incumbent should be a Retired / Serving Officer equivalent to the rank of Lt. Colonel from Indian Army or Wing Commander from Indian Air Force. He preferably should have a brief tenure in any Directorate at Service Head Quarters dealing with procurements having minimum 13 to 16 years of post qualification executive experience / extensive knowledge in Defence Procurement Procedure, Defence Purchase Manual and aptitude to follow-up cases in Ministry of Defence (MoD). Knowledge of latest technologies in Land Systems, Artillery and Air Craft Systems is MUST. Candidates having Public Relation skills will be preferred.
