1. Haryana State AIDS Control Society intends to fill following posts on contractual basis tor one year. The

posts are purely temporary and can be renewed on year to year basis on assessment of performance against deliverables specified in the contract. These posts are Project tied (or National AIDS Control Programme Phase III- year 2007 to 2012. The remuneration is consolidated and no other allowance is admissible. The first three months of appointment will be the probation period during which the work and conduct will be assessed and in case of unsatisfactory performance the contract shall be terminated by the appointing authority without assigning any reason. In case of receipt of large No, of applications the applicants will be shorlisted based on merit and only eight candidates for each vacancy shall be called for written test/interview. The service conditions shall be governed according to National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), MHFW. Govt, of India guidelines issued from time to time.

1. Asst. Director (STD) 1 (Gen)

Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25000-35000

• MBBS Doctor with 3 years’ experience.

2. Finance Assistant 1 (Gen)

Consolidated Pay: Rs. 15000-20000

Graduate preferably Finance 4 Account/B.Com. Experience: 3-5 years post qualification experience or experience in state accounts cadre /organized accounts. Govt, of India.

3. Project Officer (TI) 5 (4 Gen) 1 (SC)

Consolidated Pay: Rs. 12000-15000

• A Post-Graduate Degree m Social Science or associated fields.

• Experience in managing a Targeted Intervention (TI) for one year is must.

• 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role in development sector.

• Excellent communication skills both written/ oral and working knowledge of local language is must.

• Computer literacy is must.

4.    Computer Literate Steno -1 (Gen)
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 11500-17500 Graduate with Computer Literacy, skill in Stenography 80/30 w.p.m.

5.    Counsellors - 6 Gen-1 SC-3 BCA-1 BCB-1
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 8000-12000   
Should be a Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development or hold a Diploma m Nursing with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of HIV/ AIDS. In the case of those recruited from the Community of people infected with or affected by HIV/ AIDS. Graduate from any held or those with a Diploma In Nursing may be considered if they have a minimum of one year of experience in the field ol HIV/AIDS. It is desirable that the Counsellor holds a Post-Graduate Degree either in Psychology (M A./M.Sc.) or Social Work.

6.    Lab. Technician -4 Gen-2 BCB-1 BCA-1   
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 8000-12000
Should hold a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from an Institution which is approved by the State Government of Haryana.

7.    Data Manager  -1 (Gen)
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 8000-10000   
• Graduate (Preferably from Commerce/Accounts background)
• Diploma in Computer Applications (From a Recognized Institute or University) or “0" level course from DOEACC.
