Name of Post: Executive Director- International Business/ Exports
Pay scale:Rs. 62000-80000
Total Emolumetns App. Rs. 20.50 – 25 Lakhs
Age limit: 54 years
Post Qualification Experience: 28 years
Qualification: The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Production discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. A MBA or equivalent degree/diploma with specialization in International Business is desirable.

The incumbent should have minimum 28 years of post qualification executive experience in the following areas:
Marketing high value industrial & allied machinery & equipment, catering to diverse sectors such as Mining & Construction, Defence, Rail & Metro and Aerospace business domain.
International exposure in marketing capital goods and should have dealt both sales & after sales service activities either on his own or through dealers.

The incumbent is expected to:

• Formulate and implement strategies for business development and enhancing market share.
• Identify and set up Regional Offices that would provide end-to-end solutions.
• Responsible for Post-sales engagement including operational support,maintenance and after sales-service.
