Responsibilities
    * Managing an existing base of Retail Merchants. Working closely on these Merchants and ensure maximum volumes routed through our POS terminals and minimum Nil counters in the Portfolio
    * Excellent relationship management skills with peers
    * Cross Selling Products like - Auto Loan, Working Capital, Term Loan, LAP, Business Loan and Gold Loan to the existing Merchants
    * Enroll Existing Merchants with high Foreign Card Volumes like Hotels, High-end Apparel stores for DCC and Increasing the DCC Penetration in the Portfolio
    * Upgrade the existing Current Account of Merchants and ensure incremental floats being maintained by them in the POS linked current accounts
    * Recruitment and training of the relationship officers and motivating and leading them from the front

Requirements
    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field.
    * At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Sales / Relationship management is required for this position.
    * Preferably Managers with a background in Credit Card / Merchant Acquiring business.
    * Candidate must possess good communication skills.
    * 10 Full-Time positions available.
