Position: This is a key, senior management position at Hospet reporting to the Plant Director. The incumbent will be in charge of the entire plant operations and be responsible to drive the performance of all the operating divisions m manufacturing and mineral processing. He will have demonstrated leadership abilities and high level of interpersonal skills and communication with ample knowledge of and contacts within the industry
Candidate: The desired candidates will be a Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineers with an MBA and industry experience of about 20-25 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Steel industry. Should be computer savvy in an EHP environment. Preferred age group 45-50 years.
Vice-President- HR –Code - II
Position: This also is a key senior manager position working in close co- ordination with the Plant Director at Hospet and reporting to Managing Director at the corporate office. The incumbent will be in charge of the HR department and have overall responsibility for HR strategy, training and development of human resource, payroll, organizational development and inter-departmental co-ordination and IR. The incumbent will have high level of inter-personal skills and communication in English, Hindi and Kannada and senior level HR experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
Candidate: The desired candidates will be qualified HR professionals, with computer proficiency in an ERP environment and a post qualification industry experience of about 15-20 years. Preferred age group 40 - 45 years.
Vice President - Marketing -Code IV
Position: This is a senior, corporate level position at Bangalore / Hospet The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and work closely with the MD and the Plant Director with responsibility for the marketing department and for evolving strategy and marketing plans for finished products.
Candidate: The desired candidates will be engineering graduates with MBA in marketing or equivalent qualification with post qualification industry experience of about 15-20 years in marketing finished products in the steel industry. Preferred age group 40-45 years.
Senior Project Accountant -Code III
Position: This is an important, middle management position as Head of Project Finance and Accounts division at the plant reporting to the DGM Finance and Accounts and will have responsibility for handling implementation of finance 6 accounts and project stores. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with Project Heads and provide necessary MIS to senior management besides dealing with Project Finance.
Candidate: The desired candidates will be qualified CAs / ICWAs with post qualification experience of about 8 10 years in a manufacturing environment. Exceptional candidates with M Com / CA / ICWA Inter may also apply. They will have hands-on experience in project management accounting, budgeting, MIS. Cash management and ERP accounting. Cost Accountant - Code V
Position: This is an important, middle management position as Head of Costing Department at the Plant reporting to the DGM Finance and Accounts with responsibility for developing and managing a cost reporting system, statutory costing records and cost audit.
Candidate: The desired candidates will be ICWAs or equivalent qualification with post qualification industry experience of about 5 years in a manufacturing environment. They will have hands-on experience in cost records in an ERP environment.

Position: The desired candidates will be first class graduates in Science/ Engg. / Commerce preferably with 1 -2 years of work experience in project activities. They will form part of the project team at Bangalore.
