
Job Title: Remote Technical Support Engineer
Qualifications: Education - Any Degree or Diploma
Domain Knowledge Desktop Support, MS Office, E-Mail, Printers and peripherals, Personal firewalls, Desktop back and Recovery, Network Connectivity and Broadband internet troubleshooting
Certifications Mandatory: * A+, N+, MCP (XP and Networking)
Optional: * Basic Computer Literacy, MCSE, ITIL Foundation
Skills required Mandatory:
* Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
* Must have strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
* Remote Installation Support & troubleshooting of Desktop operating system
* Flexibility to work in a 16 X 7 environment and willingness to work shifts is a must
* Troubleshooting of desktop operating systems(Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7)
* Remote Installation Support & troubleshooting of Desktop operating system
* Troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows XP, vista, Windows 7)
* Printers & peripherals installation, configuration & troubleshooting

* Incident & Problem Mgmt. & IT Operations Skills
