Job Title: Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer
Qualifications: Education - Any Degree or Diploma
Domain Knowledge     Preferably with Hardware ,OS & LAN background
Certifications Mandatory:     * MCP, Optional:  * MCSE

Skills required  Mandatory:
    *  Installation, maintaining and attending day-to-day user's problem calls
    *  Installation and updating of Desktop operating system and other software
    *  Install, Configure & maintain e-mail clients
    *  Troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows XP, vista, Windows 7)
    *  Remote hardware troubleshooting
    *  Support on windows networking (wired and wireless)
    *  Remote connectivity tools
    *  DNS,DHCP
    *  Performance troubleshooting
    *  File and printer sharing services
    *  users and groups management
    *  Antivirus and Anti-spam installation and troubleshooting
    *  Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of printers, scanner and peripheral devices

Optional/ Desired
    * Analytical, Incident & Problem Mgmt. and IT Operations Skills

Preferable location: Bangalore
Years of Experience     :     * Fresher-2 years of experience (hands-on IT Service Support)
