- Educational Qualifications:
- i) Passed SSC or equivalent + Certificate of Station Officer’s course of the National Fire Service College or from CISF Fire Training Centre OR Graduate of the Institute of Fire Engineering India/London.
- ii) B.E. in Fire Engineering
- Experience i) Minimum experience of 5 years in a post not below the rank of Sub-Officer in a well established whole time fire services organization is essential.

- ii) 7 years experience as Fireman/Driver-cum- Operator in a well established Fire Service Organisation
- who have completed Sub-Officer Course.

- Educational Qualifications : SSC or equivalent with valid Heavy Vehicle Licence. Persons having knowledge of fire fighting equipment such as Fire extinguishers etc. will be given preference.
- Experience:3 years experience as Driver-cum-Operator/A in a well established Fire Service Organisation. Experience in a Fire Service Organisation/Defence Service will be preferred. Knowledge of English is desirable.
