Lead Engineer - Technical Documentation
Location : Bangalore, India
Experience : 8+ years
Education : Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Requirements:
* Should have proficiency in help authoring tools like Fast Help.
* Good understanding of general architecture and working of web-based applications.
* Very good understandings of Microsoft CHM help file formats and documentation structures.
* Knowledge of Software Documentation, creating API documentation for developers.
* Experience in creating End User documentation and Training Material
* Should have excellent organization, communication and writing styles
* The ideal candidate will have an eye for details and should be able to grasp complex software and be a quick learner
* Experience in writing technical books would be an added advantage
Role:
* Planning, documenting and monitoring all product documentation for different product versions and releases.
* Interacting with SMEs and writing scenario documents highlighting product capabilities.
* This position requires working closely with the Development team & client interface
* You will take responsibility for writing and editing technical documentation for Skelta products
* You will be able to manage a documentation team
