Engagement Manager
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 5+ years
Education : B.E or similar. MBA is a must
An Engagement Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the customer is satisfied with professional services offered by Skelta. He/She will also be responsible for generating services revenues by identifying opportunities with customers.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5+ years working experience in Consultancy, Architecting, Design, Deployment and/or support of software-related products or services.
* Solid understanding of Microsoft technology, competitive positioning and experience in the area of application development
* Strong Project Management skills and experience
* Excellent oral/written communication, organization and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated effectiveness in a customer facing role
* Understanding of IT applications in several industry verticals will be a significant plus
* Able to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative and team oriented environment.
Role:
* Manage complex service engagements through the entire project lifecycle.
* Oversee several projects across multiple customers and leverages cross-project expertise to ensure project teams provide optimal client solutions
* Be a client’s advocate within Skelta while overseeing BPM projects
o Gather and analyze requirements for the system by interacting with the client
o Leverage prior implementation experience to provide suggestions to the client during requirements gathering process
o Carry out internal functional testing of the system to see if it meets client expectations or not
o Conduct or assist in end user training for the developed system
* Engage with customers on an ongoing basis to understand and discuss how Skelta can help optimize various processes
o Build an internal plan for potential process rollouts in the client organization
o Interact with IT and various other departments at client organization to understand their pain points
o Propose potential Skelta-enabled solutions for addressing customer pain points
o Work with Pre-Sales team to demo or do POC for a proposed application.
o Deliver presentations/trainings to corporate customers.
o Work with Sales team to close a potential service sale opportunity
* Own the Professional Services revenue pipeline in various accounts and work towards achieving/exceeding it over a defined interval (year, quarter)
o Based on interaction with client, prepare a plan for services revenues in an account
o Work with the sales manager to make services revenues as a part of the overall account plan
o Jointly review the realization of service revenues with the sales manager and take necessary steps to meet the goal
o Be prepared to recognize and resolve unique customers needs/requests
o Own and resolve key issues upon escalation
o Identify and proactively resolve issues
* Create artifacts which will capture Skelta’s experience in automating different functions across different industries
o Own and maintain documents that show Skelta’s experience in horizontal processes (like HR processes, T&E) and vertical-specific processes (like clinical trials for pharma)
o Work with Marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategy, prepare campaigns/collaterals around areas/processes which are gaining significant customer tractions
