1. Designation: System Engineer (L1) - Location: Pune

Job Description:
1. Work in shifts for operations and maintenance of J2EE based systems.
2. Performing regular health checks on systems to identify fault conditions.
3. Raising tickets based on calls/emails/health check in ticketing tool within SLA.
4. First time resolution and responding to tickets as per available knowledgebase.
5. Basic troubleshooting to identify issue cause in J2EE environment.
6. Implementing changes as per provided procedure.

Skills Required: 1. Mandatory - Working knowledge of Linux and AIX OS, commands and scripting, RHCE / AIX Certification will be Plus.
2. Mandatory - Basic knowledge of troubleshooting in JAVA J2EE based environment.
3. Optional - Development experience ( basic ) in Java, Servlets, JSP.
4. J2SJP Certification will be Plus.
5. Optional - WebSphere Application Server certification.
6. Optional - Telcom experience - GPRS core / WAP Gateway / MMSC / SMS Gateway.

2. Senior System Engineer (L2) - Location:     Pune

Job Description
1. Work in shifts for operations and maintenance of J2EE based systems.
2. Management of L1 shift members to ensure operational efficiency.
3. Accountable for identification and resolution of faults within agreed SLA.
4. Technical troubleshooting of faults as SME role to ensure ticket closure internally or through support from vendor within agreed SLA.
5. Management of communication to customers, internal teams.
6. Planning, coordination and execution of planned changes / resolution of faults.
7. Provide recommendations to remove bottlenecks / improve system efficiency using innovative ideas.

Skills Required

3. Software Engineer / Senior Engineer - Location: Gurgaon

Job Description
1. Responsible for responding to given assignments and development tasks as per project plan,Strategic Approach towards timely completion of given assignments.
2. Analysing requirements and developing technical level structs (classes, methods, patterns etc) as planned by team, and delivering the architectural aspects finalized after open discussions among team.
3. Understand the enterprise framework,Development standards and use methodologies to engage and understand low level operational and ground level technical framework.
4. Understanding the life cycle of a project and solution.
5. Develop and program code as per the defined solution strategy and development plan.
6. Candidate must be a quick learner inorder to quickly adopt to best framework and design pattern as per project requirement.
7. Developing and building modules/code as per given specs.

Skills Required
1. Core Java : candidate should be expert in CORE JAVA , multithreading , java language basics and best coding practices and conventions.
2. WEB Java : candidate should hold experience to atleast one of industry level frameworks (Spring,Struts,JSF,RoR).
3. DB : should be proficient in SQL99, should be expert in at least one Database Suite (MySQL, Oracle, Sybase, Informix etc).

4. POS Application Developer, Location: Gurgaon

Job Description
1. Responsible for all POS application developments.
2. Coding and development on various POS applications ( on different type of POS machine available in the market ).
3. Fixing bugs and conducting Unit Testing.
4. Writing Unit test cases.
5. Reviewing code.
6. Task estimation, scheduling, tracking, bug resolution.

Skills Required
1. Should have a sound knowledge in all phases of the POS application development - Estimation, Design, scheduling, tracking, Integration.
2. Good knowledge on ISO8583, XML message format.
3. Programming experience on Smart cards will be preferred.
4. Programming experience on Java, DB is also desirable.
5. Should have good Domain knowledge on POS terminals application in banking and Telecom domain.
6. 5+ years of programming experience in C or C++.
7. 4+ year of POS Terminal programming experience.

5. Senior Implementation / Support Specialist Location : Gurgaon

Job Description
1. Implementation and Support.
2. Maintain good relationship with Client Officials at all levels.
3. Ensure compliance & implementation client requirements.
4. Troubleshooting issues with platform & dependant interfaces.
5. Analyze the issue & creation of RCA report.
6. Interaction with development team for resolution system process monitoring at all levels.
7. Release Management (Testing, Deployment).
8. Bug reporting.
9. CR management (Preparation & request specification document).
10. Should have working experience at client site.
11. Excellent knowledge on scripting is required.
12. Should possess knowledge of atleast one database.
13. Should be able to troubleshoot and report.

Skills Required
1. Should have worked on client side for application support.
2. Should have knowledge of atleast one database- Oracle/Informix/etc.
3. Should have good knowlegde in Linux with excellant knowledge on scripting.

Qualifications : BE/B.Tech/MCA/Graduate with GNIIT or PGDCA or equivalent - Redhat certified. CCNA/CCNP Certification will be added advantage.  2-3 yrs experience of Linux Administration.  Knowledge in telecom domain
