A Graduate with a pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Familiarity with computerized systems is desirable.
(b) HR: 2 POSTS (1- OBC; 1-SC)
Should be a Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma course of two years duration in HRM or MBA with specialization in HR. A Degree in Law will be an added qualification.
(c ) ACS TRAINEE : 1 POST (GEN)

(d) TECHNICAL : 14 POSTS (7-Gen; 2-SC; 1-ST; 4-OBC)
Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized Indian University/Institute with minimum 60% of marks in the aggregate of all years/semesters (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PH candidates) in the disciplines of Mechanical/ Mech. Marine, EEE/ECE/Instrumentation, Naval Architecture, Computer Science Engineering
