Name of Post: Project Director  – 1 post at Head Office,   Mumbai

Edu. Qual.: Post Graduate degree from any recognized University preferably M.B.A. or M.S.W. from a reputed institute OR the Management Graduate from premier  rural / business management schools. The computer literacy is essential.

Experience: Minimum 15 years experience of holding a responsible top management position in any State / Central Government establishment, or in a reputed NGO implementing externally funded projects e.g. UNICEF, IDA World Bank etc..  Experience in women empowerment and livelihood sector will be an added advantage.

Age Limit:55 years maximum

Honorarium: Total consolidated Honorarium i.e. CTC is Rs.74,000/- (per month fixed). Travelling allowances for outstation work will be paid extra as per rules of MAVIM.

Job Responsibility
1. He/She shall prescribe the duties of all employees of the Society and shall exercise such supervision and disciplinary control as may be necessary in accordance with these rules. He/She shall also frame standing orders for general superintendence and functioning of the Society from time to time with the approval of the council.
2. It shall be the function and the bounden duty of the Chief Executive Officer to exercise control and supervision over all activities of the Society, whether technical or non-technical. The Chief Executive Officer may assign/transfer/delegate any departmental function and the duties, whether technical or non-technical, to any employee of the Society appointed by him, as he/she may deem fit and proper and necessary.
3. The Chief Executive Officer shall exercise his powers under the superintendence and control of the Council of the Society and subject to such directions as the Governing Council may give him from time to time.
4. Subject to these rules, the Chief Executive Officer shall in all matters under his charge, have such administrative and other powers as may be given to him from time to time by the Governing Council of the Society.
5. Chief Executive Officer shall exercise such financial powers as delegated to him by the Governing Council or the Project Implementation Board in consultation with the Government.
6. Chief Executive Officer shall be the appointing authority for all employees of the Society. He/She will be ex-officio member secretary of the Governing Council also known as the Project Implementation Board.

Essential Qualification
1. Only Indian citizens shall be eligible to apply
2. First class Graduate from a recognized university
3. A Senior Govt. officer presently working in or empanelled for the Joint Secretary grade (Rs. 37400-67000)
Desirable Qualification
1. M.B.A./PGDM from a recognized university/ institute or equivalent.
2. Must be well versed with the policy environment of automotive sector and have experience of project management.
Age Limit and Experience
1. Not above 56 years
2. A competent senior government officer presently working in or empanelled for grade (Rs.37400-67000) and well versed with the policy environment of automotive sector in the country (in terms of rule 73 of the Memorandum and Rules & Regulations of NATIS) and with at least 15 years of experience.

1. Project Director

Qualification: The candidate should have first class Bachelor level degree in Computer Science from recognized University. Candidate having additional MBA degree also from recognized University shall be preferred.
Experience: Project Director is a senior level assignment to implement the integrated Land Management System Project of the State Government. It is a critical and important project of the State. He shall be heading a team of about 200 IT professionals. In view of the above, the candidate should have at least 15 years experience in the following areas of I.T.:-
(i) The candidate should have lead the team of at least 100 IT professionals in software development, software testing and software quality assurance.
(ii) The candidate should have handled IT System Integrated Projects involving installation and configuration of computer systems on LAN and WAN.
(iii) Should be well versed with Data-Base Administration and Data-Warehousing.
(iv) Experience on Land Records System with GIS will be added advantage.
Skills set: The candidate should be well versed with: Web Technologies: HTML, ASP.net, XML, RDMS : MS-SQL SERVER, Front End : Visual Basic. He should have good exposure on GIS tools also.
Language: Candidate should have passed Matriculation level examination in Gurumukhi/ Punjabi language.
Remuneration Package: To be negotiated at the time of interview.

2. Systems Analyst (One)
Educational Qualifications: The candidate should possess first class degree in BE/B.Tech in Computer Science /Electronics or MCA from a reputed institution.
Experience: (i) Total experience in IT for a minimum of four years;
(ii) The candidate should have handled at least two projects of more than Rs. 25 lacs each for full cycle (including study, SRS,FDD, Coding, testing and implementation) of the software development independently;
(iii) (iii) should have thorough and complete knowledge of database like Oracle, SQL, Server etc. and languages like C, UNIX and Visual Basic. Net/Power Builder, Java,ASP.not or XML or any open markup language (iv) should have headed a group of 4-5 software developers in IT in the last 4 years (v) should be independently capable of preparing training modules and packages.
Desirable:
(i) The candidate should have independently handled the Computerization of Land Records Project in India in general, and in Punjab, Haryana or Himachal Pradesh in particular;
(ii) Should have knowledge of networking including/IP and other protocols;
(iii) Should have passed Matriculation level examination in Gurumukhi/Punjabi language.
(iv) Should have knowledge of Punjab Land Records System.
Consolidated Remuneration Package: To be negotiated at the time of interview.

3. Data Base Administrators (Two)
Qualification: The candidate should possess first class degree in BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Electronics or MCA from a reputed Institution.
Experience: (i) Total experience in IT for a minimum period of 3 years;
(ii) The candidate should have worked as DBA or Programmer for at least for two projects.
Desirable: (i) The candidate should have independently handled the Computerization of Land Records Project in India in general, and in Punjab, Haryana or Himachal Pradesh in particular;
(ii) should have knowledge of networking including/IP and other protocols;
(iii) should have passed Matriculation level examination in Gurumukhi/ Punjabi language.
(iv) should have knowledge of Punjab Land Records System (v) the assignment would be on job work basis.
Remuneration Package: Rs. 25000/- per month.
