Eligibility /Educational Qualifications: Graduation from a recognized University with professional degree of MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA) with specialization in HR from any recognized University /
AICTE approved Institution.
Age limit: 40-45
Experience: 15 years

Deputy General Manager (Human Resource)
Eligibility /Educational Qualifications:  Graduation from a recognized University with professional degree of MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA) with specialization in HR from any recognized University / AICTE approved Institution.
Age limit: 35-45 years
Experience: 15 years

II. Deputy Manager (A/Cs) in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs.16400-40500
Eligibility /Educational Qualifications: Degree in Commerce from a recognized University and should have passed the final examination of either Institute of Chartered Accountants or ICWA.
Age limit: 27-35 years
