A Graduate in any discipline and having flair for marketing Housing Loan products and other products of the Company. All qualifications mentioned should be from a recognized University/Institution.

Candidate should possess the following:

-    Passion for Marketing
-    Inclination to work independently and also with team
-    Computer literacy
-    Good communication skills
Period of Contract: Three (3) years
Preference will be given to those candidates who have prior experience in marketing.
Since the job involves extensive travelling, candidates should have good physical fitness and should be ready to accept the challenges & meet the targets.
Fixed Pay: Rs. 10000/- per month
Age  : Between 21-35 years as on 01/07/2011

Recruitment Of Marketing Officers On Contract Basis - 15 Posts

Age: 25-35 years As on 01.12.2010 (should have been born between 01.12.1975 and 30.11.1989)
Qualification: A Graduate in any discipline, preferably with MBA and having flair for marketing Housing Loan products and other products of the Company. All qualifications mentioned should be from a recognized University/Institution.

Candidate should possess the following:
-    Passion for Marketing
-    Inclination to work independently and also with team
-    Computer literacy
-    Good communication skills

Period of Contract:
Three (3) years with an option to extend for another two years at the discretion of the Company’s Managing Director.
Fixed Pay and Variable Pay: 17700/- per month subject to achievement of minimum threshold business towards Housing Loan disbursement of Rs.200 lakhs per quarter i.e 8 crores per annum.

Variable Pay: 0.25% of over and above the minimum threshold business
