Degree in Civil Engineering with experience of 20-25 yrs and above with a Real Estate Company, especially associated with High Rise Buildings, Townships and Commercial projects. Responsible for independently
scheduling, supervising and monitoring all projects related to construction.

Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 15-20 yrs of Experience with a Real Estate Company, especially associated with High Rise Buildings, Townships and Commercial projects.
• Civil Engineer (Sonepat / Gurgaon site)
Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. (Civil) with minimum 10 years relevant experience with a Real Estate Company, especially associated with High Rise Buildings. Townships and Commercial projects.
• Billing Engineer (Gurgaon site)
B.E. (Civil) with atleast 10 years relevant experience with a Real Estate Company and billing of High Rises. Townships and other projects. Quantity analysis, tender accounting, estimation, price negotiations, contract agreements are basic requirements.
• Electrical Engineer (Gurgaon Site)
Degree / Diploma In Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 yrs relevant experience with a Real Estate Company.
• Supervisor / Foreman Civil (Building) (Sonepat / Gurgaon Site)
Graduate with minimum 10-15 yrs hands-on experience with a Real Estate Company. Prior knowledge of High Rises and record keeping is essential. Must be able to work in shifts.

Must have completed 2-Years Course in civil draughtsman /mechanical experience in Auto Cad with relevant exposure of at least 10 yrs with a Real Estate Company.

ITI certificate course Irom a recognized institute with 5 yrs experience on projects.
