A Walk-in-Interview has been scheduled to be held on the 11th January, 2011 from 11.00 a.m. onwards for filling-up a post of Assistant Professor (Lecturer) on purely adhoc basis at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Center for Biomedical Research, (North Campus), University of Delhi, Delhi–110007. The prescribed qualifications, pay scale, etc are as mentioned below:
Position : Assistant Professor (Lecturer)
No. of Post : 01 (One-UR)
Pay Band : 15600-39100 with AGP 6,000/- + allowances as per University rules.
Qualifications :
1. Good academic record with at least 55% (50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST or those who passed their Master’s degree prior to 19.09.91 and hold a Ph.D. degree) or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E, & F at the Master’s degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University.
2. Candidates should have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Assistant Professor conducted by the UGC/CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC. However, the candidates having Ph.D. degree in the concerned subject are exempted from NET for PG level.
