Design Engineers / Sr. Design Engineers (PD-104)
BE / B.Tech., Mechanical / Automobile, (2-6) years Experience:
In designing castings, forgings, sheet metal, tubing, welded structures, and plastics Areas: Rear Suspension / Brake & Brake Systems /Power Train Installation / Chassis components
Assistant / Deputy Manager (PD-105)
BE / B.Tech., Mechanical / Automobile, (6-10) years Experience:
• Vehicle development (including verification and validation)
• Manufacturing process (Castings / forgings / machining / sheet metal)
Areas: Suspension / Hubs and Wheel ends Should be involved in cross functional teams and experienced in handling quality issues using quality tools. Experience in leading a team would be an added advantage.
Note: Expertise in any of the CAD tools is a must for PD -104 & 105
Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager - Analysis (PD-106)
M.E. / M.Tech., Mechanical / Automobile (1-6) years Experience:
Static, Modal, Non-linear / Transient / Frequency Response / NVH / Fatigue / Crash Analysis
Software: Hyperworks / BetaCAE, Nastran / Abaqus / Ansys / Virtual Lab / Ncodc / Radioss / LsDyna
Area: Strength & durability / Crash & safety Product knowledge in Trucks / Buses, AET / Shake test / Asian, European / Federal Vehicle Regulation would be an added advantage. Durability & crash physical test engineers can also apply.
Sr. Engineer - Vehicle Architecture (PD -107)
BE / B.Tech., Mechanical / Automobile (4-6) years Experience:
• Vehicle integration (Routing, packaging / installation of system aggregates on vehicle level)
• Experience of legal requirements related to main dimensions of overall vehicle.
• Design of atleast one chassis system will be an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in Pro-Engineer & PDM software is a must Automotive industry experience is expected for all the positions.
