21/11	Jt. Geneal Manager (Env.) IDA pay scale 36600-62000/	01	45 years	Minimum 16 years post qualification experience in water supply, sewage, drainage design and design of WTP/STP.
22/11	Manager (Env.) IDA pay scale 24900-50500	01	35 years	Minimum 05 years post qualification experience in the field of EIA.

Qualification criteria:
16/11 to 20/11: First class Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering and First class Masters Degree (Structures) (2nd class for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
21/11:  1st class Graduate in Civil Engg. and 1st class Masters Degree in Environment Engg. (2nd class for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
22/11: PhD in Zoology/Botany.
