Eligibility
1. Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department/ PSU
2. Bachelor’s degree with Engineering/ Management/ Economics/ Finance/ Commerce as a subject from a recognized University or equivalent
3. Relevant experience in the area of public procurement and tenders
4. Knowledge of computer equipment. Windows-based word   processing, databases, spreadsheets.
5. Persons   with World Bank Procurement experience will be preferred.
