Eligibility Criteria: Officers under the Central/ State Governments/PSUs/Autonomous/Semi Govt./Statutory Organizations etc. holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/deptt. of With 3 years regular service in the parent cadre/ Deptt. in the pay scale of PB-4 Rs. 37,400-67,000/-+ GP Rs. 10,000/-(or equivalent in pre-revised scale) and Possessing the following educational qualification and experience:
i) B.E. (Civil) from a recognized University or equivalent
ii) ii) Having at least fifteen years’ experience in irrigation projects/ Water management/inter-State water disputes
