Walk-In-Interview

Following positions are to be filled up on purely temporary and contractual basis.

A.    Project entitled “DDT residues in human milk, whole blood and adipose tissue form DDT spray areas and areas where DDT not sprayed during 2010-2011” for the period of one year.

i) Project Scientist – One
    Salary: Rs.40,000/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance     
Qualifications:  M. Sc Chemistry/Environmental Science/Life Science with three year Research experience
Desirable:  Ph. D in relevant field and practical experience in LCMSMS/GCMSMS and pesticide analysis
Age limit: 35 Years

ii) Project Fellow - Three
Salary: Rs.15,000/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance     
Qualifications:  M. Sc. Chemistry/Environmental Science/Life Science.
Desirable: Experience on pesticide analysis and chematography techniques.
Age limit: 35 Years

iii) Lab Assistant - One
Salary: Rs.8,000/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance     
Qualifications:  Graduate with Science
Desirable: One year experience in lab.
Age limit: 28 Years

B.    Project entitled “Controlled study of possible adverse effects of DDT, used for indoor residual spraying on human reproductive health” for the period of one year.

i) Junior Project Fellow -One
Salary: Rs.15,000/-p.m. (Consolidated) No other allowance     
Qualifications:  M. Sc. Chemistry/Environmental Science/Life Science.
Desirable: Experience on pesticide analysis and chematography techniques.
Age limit: 35 Years

Place of Duty: NIMR, Hardwar

Place of interview: Interested and eligible candidates may walk in for an interview at National Institute of Malaria Research, Field Station BHEL Complex, Sector- III Dispensary Ranipur, Hardwar-249403 (Uttarakhand) along with Bio-data with the photocopy of the testimonials and also originals for verification.
