Ministry of Panchayati Raj (MoPR) requires the services of experts for appointment as Consultants (Legal) on full-time basis with the following job description and education qualification:
Two Consultants in category – A, B & C for Legal Matters.
Job Requirement Consultant 1 :Analysis of Panchayat related laws amendments etc.
Consultant 2 : All matters relating to Panchayat Extension to Scheduled Areas (PESA) Act, 1996, including analysis of State and Central Laws, framing of rules etc.
Essential Qualifications: Professionals having Master degree in Law or equivalent. Knowledge of computer application, MS Office including Excel, Access etc.
