Position:-  Head - IT
Location:- Delhi, India
Reports To:- Director – Customer Service & Operations

Job Summary:-
Lead formulation of IT strategies and plans; Provide thought leadership to all business functions across the organization on technology applications, systems support & IT Operations; Continuously monitor & review strategy implementation and achievement of plans and IT infrastructure; Drive continuous improvement WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF satisfying stakeholder expectations, cost effectively with minimum use of resources, and meet plan objectives WITHIN Company’s guidelines and values.

Measures of Success
    * Performance measures:-
 1. Number of defects in production should not be more than the desired SLAs
    * Execution measures:-
 1. Adherence to approved project plan and schedule
 2. Quality of project deliverables
    * Leadership measures:-
 1. Ability to influence the team to follow Project Management methodology
 2. Health Insurance Domain Expertise of the team
    * Cost Measures:-
 1. Cost of developing applications and enhancements should be within the approved project costs
 2. Number of cost saving initiatives taken
    * User satisfaction measures:-
 1. Top 2 box rating in User Satisfaction survey
 2. Top 2 box rating in audits conducted relating to the IT department

MINIMUM EDUCATION:-
    * B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA
    * Preferably a degree in management with specialization in Systems Management

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:-
o 12-15 years of overall experience
o Experience in Application development
o Thorough knowledge of IT processes / exposure to CMM methodologies will be an added advantage
o Thorough understanding of UATs and SITs
o Experience in infrastructure management and systems support
