Territory Incharge - All India
Sales: Achievement of annual sales budget with key focus on strategic product and improvement in market share.
Receivables: Continuously work towards maximizing collection to keep outstanding under control and maintain a healthy DSO.
Demand generation: In constant touch with the farmers of that area, implements promotional campaigns, involves the distributors & keeps a regular track of trade inventory.
Company guidelines: Compliance with company policies and guidelines as lay down time-to-time by the management.
Liaison: Liaison with different government departments and agricultural institutions.
Food Chain Manager - North
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Formulate and implement strategies for the rapid growth of Food Chain business
* Achievement of annual sales budget with focus on strategic products
* Training of agronomists of food chain companies and farmers
* Liaison with Regional teams to establish input supply arrangement
* Coordinate with Zonal Vegetable Managers for business development in vegetables
Eligibility
Minimum of 4 years of work experience
Basic agricultural knowledge of crop production and crop protection
Proficiency in MS Office & good inter personal skills
