The candidate will be responsible for all legal work including drafting, conveyancing, title investigation, legal documentation, and filing of civil suits for recovery of loans and handling of DRT cases and any litigation involving NEDFi. |
2. | Manager Grade-B Scale of pay: Rs. 14,500 with annual increment of Rs.1000/- Total emoluments at initial basic will be Rs 42,400/- (approx) per month. (due for revision) Medical facilities and other perks will be as per rules of the Corporation. | 15 for both grade A & B | Qualification: First class engineering graduate, First class master degree in economics / agriculture / agri economics preferably with MBA Or Graduate in any subject with 60% marks (55% for reserved category) from reputed institutions / University with MBA/ CA or any other professional qualification and below the age of 40 years. Experience:Minimum 7 years post qualification experience preferably in areas of appraisal and follow up of projects in a reputed bank / financial institution / financial services organization. |

Experience:1/2 years post qualification on the job experience preferably in areas of appraisal and follow up of projects in a reputed bank / financial institution / financial services organization. Candidates having less than 1 (one) year experience may be considered for the post of Management Trainee. |

Must have experience in drafting, conveyancing, title investigation, legal documentation etc. Knowledge of local laws / rules etc. applicable in North Eastern states is desirable. Candidates having less than 1 (one) year experience will be considered for the post of Management Trainee. |
