Basic Function / Job Responsibilities:	This position will be a part of a dynamic task force created to nurture and guide emerging new trends in the IT space.
	Build an ecosystem for SMEs, startups in the country through formal programs and partnerships Set up and create Online and offline events, activities and workshops for these committees Build collaboration with domestic customers and clusters for SME�s Understand and liaison with government for building SME program and incentive Work with Venture capitalists and agents in venture community to create mentorship and feedback program Build repository of SME best practices across HR, Operational excellence, Sales, Finance etc. Specific program development for emerging opportunities on Internet and Mobile application Ability to formulate a formal plan of the various initiatives and be able to Identify and mitigate issues and risks and escalate when relevant to Director, Program Management Setup program metrics and review periodically to ensure objectives are met Craft and execute an effective communication plan for members of NASSCOM as well as internal stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:	Graduate The ideal candidate would be an MBA with specialization in Marketing, with 6-8 years of experience in Program Management Skills. The candidate should be self driven, an out of the box thinker and a highly motivated team player. Preferential skills: Knowledge of Social Media and effective use of Blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn & other social networks & forum Prior experience in membership/community building Experience in organizing industry events
