For positions 1 to 4, candidates should have an excellent academic record and post-graduation or doctorate degree in the respective field. Special research project execution experience in the relevant field, preferred along with industrial experience of at least 5 years. Should be conversant with international standards of construction, testing and execution of special projects in relevant field. Should possess excellent technical presentation skills and analytical abilities. Should be able to comprehend project-site problems and provide independent value-engineering services with multi-disciplinary skills.
For position 5, candidates should hold at least a B.Tech, and have two years of industrial experience in operations of any plant or in the quality department. Should be proficient in software like LabVIEW, MATLAB, programming language C, and possess good knowledge of circuit and PCB design.
