Job Title: Marine Superintendent
Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600-39,100/- plus grade pay Rs. 7600/-
The Marine Superintendent should be a Class-1 Marine Engineer having worked as Chief Engineer in coastal / foreign going vessels for atleast one year.
Or
Should hold the Certificate of Competency as Master having commanded coastal / foreign going vessels with over 3000 GRT for atleast one year.
The Marine Superintendent is responsible for the overall operation of the Company\'s Passenger Vessels/ Cargo Vessels / High Speed Crafts / Bollard Pull Tugs. The authority of the Marine Superintendent encompasses the approval of resources and personnel necessary for smooth and efficient operation and monitoring the performance of the Company\'s fleet. The Marine Superintendent is responsible for the safe, economical and efficient running of the vessels under his control.
