Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), a statutory body constituted under an Act of Parliament, invites application for the post of Secretary to be filled by deputation on foreign Service terms from the employees of Central/ State Governments, Public Sector
Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, Recognized Research Institutions etc. The details of the post like scale of pay, required qualifications/qualifying service and experience etc. are given below
Secretary - 01 Post
Rs.37400 -67000 plus Grade Pay of Rs.10,000/- per month
Minimum Educational Qualifications: Graduate Degree
Qualifying Service: Officers i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or ii) With 2 years regular service in the scale of Rs.16400-20000(prerevised) or equivalent; or iii) With 3 years regular service in the scale of Rs.14300-18300(Prerevised) or equivalent
Nature Experience: Must have experience in secretariat function in the Central Government as well as experience and knowledge of the function of State Governments. Prior experience and exposure to regulation and infrastructure management will be preferable.
