Branch Manager (Small Branch)	34 Yrs	Graduate and Any one or  more of the following MBA,MMS,ICWA (INTER)CA (INTER),CS(INTER), L.L.B., JAIIB, BCA.	Minimum 7 years of service in officer cadre out of which not less than 1 Year as a Branch Manager
Branch Manager (Medium Branch)	36 Yrs.	Graduate and Any one or more of the following : MBA, MMS, ICWA, CA, CS, L.L.B / L.L.M., CAIIB, BCA	Minimum 10 years of service in Officer Cadre out of which not less than 3 years as a Branch Manager
Branch Manager (Large Branch)	40 Yrs.	Graduate and Any one or more of the following : MBA,MMS,ICWA,CA, CS, CFA, L.L.B/L.L.M., CAIIB, BCA/MCA	Minimum 15 years of service in Officer Cadre out of which not less than 5 years as a Branch Manager
Asst. General Manager	45 Yrs	Graduate and Any one or more of the following : MBA, MMS, ICWA, CA,CS, CFA, L.L.B/ L.L.M.CAIIB	Not less than 3 years as Chief Manager OR above. Exposure in Credit Portfolio not less than 5 yrs.
Dy. General Manager	50 Yrs	Graduate and Any one or more of the following : MBA, MMS, ICWA, CA, CS, CFA, L.L.B/ L.L.M.CAIIB	Minimum 3 years as Asst. General Manager or above OR not less than 6 years as Chief Manager & above of which exposure in credit portfolio of not less than 5 years
